Boutique DX
Store operations platform
The store operations platform for modern retail.
Boutique DX is the platform we build and operate at Tachikoma AI. It runs the daily operations of retail stores — shift management, appointments, queues, and analytics — in one product.
Managers stop spending their weeks on spreadsheets. Head office sees the operation in real time. Staff spend their hours with customers instead of on admin.
Tachikoma AI went well beyond a typical software vendor. Boutique DX has transformed how we manage store operations — saving our managers hours every week and noticeably lifting staff satisfaction.
